Qmulate (Qml8) was established in 2006 to provide product and asset management solutions that could not be managed and delivered in the investment consulting environment.

After the successful implementation of two innovative solutions the firm decided to broaden the product range to include further specialized solutions that will cater to the institutional and retail investor markets.

Being a newer smaller investment and solutions manager, Qml8 needed to differentiate themselves with the solutions that they design and manage. This need is evident in all the solutions that are currently managed by Qml8. Many investment managers offer similar investment products where the level of differentiation is very subtle. The result is that performance is very similar to that of the peer group.

At Qml8 we believe that one needs to look at asset management differently. Each investment style and each asset class has its own merits and peculiarities, and in combining these it is possible to structure solutions that deliver a equired outcome in a way that meets with the expectations of the investor.

We believe that expectations need to be met in the most consistent way possible and that the traditional methods of managing assets do not always deliver on this requirement.
